Flat Panel Mount
I need help mounting a flat-panel television.?
I just moved into a new home and the person I bought it from left their flat-panel TV mount on the wall in their basement. I was going to use it to mount my own flat-panel TV on, but I wasn’t sure if all of the parts were there needed to mount the TV. Here is a picture of what it currently looks like:

If that is all you have then no. There are 2 arms that connect to the back of your screen that hang on that mount. And no they dont just sell the arms. The good thing is it looks like he left the power cord and an in-wall rated HDMI cord already ran in the wall for you. Just buy a Universal Wall mount that will carry the weight of your tv and use the arms of it, dont bother taking the plate off the wall drilling additional holes in the studs could weaken the stability of them.
