No color on my plasma dispaly screen? why, how do I get color?

oh and I only hooked it up to my DVD with an s cable
(and am watching sponge bob square pants, its the only dvd I have, dont get upset cause you dont have sponge bob and I DO! its my kids, well was their’s now its mine cause they are adults now haha!)
So what do i do to get color?
THE DISPLAYS OR MENUS from the TV ARE IN COLOR, not the Show though! thanks!
If you are using the component outputs (Y Cb Cr) then make sure all 3 cables are connected. Otherwise, connect using a composite or S-video cable.
Also, look through the menus and try to find the Saturation or Color setting. Increase it to about 50%.
