Mitsubishi 52 in DLP 1080p =$1550 2 HDMI
Tosbiba 50 in CRT 1080i= $900 1 HDMI
Okay, bulbs burn out in DLP, except the “solid state” bulbs, which will cost DLP’s price to increase.
Advantages/Disadvantages?
They have about the same viewing angle, right?
Both somewhat bulky
Is the DLP worth the extra $600, I’m starting to think no.
Also, I just read on here LCD’s have great viewing angles, I thought they had the worse of the four kinds. Any one got suggestions? Thanks is advance.
Sharp Aquos 46″ or 52″ LCD. Best money I ever spent on a tv. For an extra few bucks, it’s now wall mounted so it can’t get tipped over. Basically, you get what you pay for in tv’s. Spend little for a big screen, where do you think the savings are? The picture quality.
Look at it as an investment, rather than a quick purchase.
