How do you transfer audio from a mac to a sony?
I am trying to transfer my audio from my macbook to my sony tv and have bought the RCA plug and adapter to plug in to both my tv and headphone jack, but the audio is still not transferring over. I am able to transfer the picture perfectly using an HDMI cable, but I am still unable to transfer the audio. Are there any settings I need to change on my computer or tv? Or have I bought the wrong cable?
The audio also did not transfer when I had only the hdmi cord plugged in.
First the HDMI sound give you boith and audio. SEcond use the speaker jack not the headphone jack and plug in to the audio in on the TV set.
