Panasonic Plasma TV Problems?
I purchased a Panasonic TH46PZ800A televisions 5 weeks ago. It worked beautifully for the 5 weeks, but last night the screen went black, and wouldn’t display ay pictures. The sound still worked, and I could change channels etc, just no picture. I turned it off at the set, and pulled the plug from the wall. Tried it this morning and it worked fine for 5 minutes, then went black again. Anybody heard of this? The TV is under warranty, but do I want a 5 week old TV thats already been repairer, or should I be demanding an new one?
You can try a new one. But its been to long to get it from the store. I would try to demand a new one from panasonic. But, the problem is related to your HV unit or a failing display. They should be able to fix it there on the spot. Or thats i would do.
