Plasma Tv Sony 1080i Native

Panasonic TC-P46S1 Exactly what I expected, great picture in HDTV

I was on the market for a plasma TV for 5 years and finally decided to pull the trigger. Specifically, I compared and Samsung, Panasonic and characteristics both outside, but I always considered the best for the Panasonic 2 with respect to plasma technology.

To begin with I was more in the way of adjusting the color, but I can not complain to me is more than just set the tv. As expected, the quality standard (480i) is nothing to write home about. However, it is better than most LCD TVs in this department. I have a Roku box for streaming movies from Netflix and Amazon.

The S-video is to show a nice respectable image in the 720, better yet, using the streaming of high definition video HDMI (1080i). Now for Blu-ray. I will probably never buy a Blu-ray on their own, I bought a PS3, I connected through a Sony receiver (HDMI) and the TC-P46S1 via HDMI. The display 1080p on this unit, I believe, is unique for this price.

The only difference between this unit (series S1) and the G1 series is the addition of a LAN port and the THX certification on the G1. The LAN port does Panasonic Viera expressed that the PS3 can not do to access the BD-Live content from Blu-ray. THX could help with the display of 1080p content at 24fps film, but side by side is th41e same native resolution and 40,000:1 dynamic 2,000000:1.

Here are the most important things you can say about my purchase:

1) TV directly from Amazon – I repeat, not the order of one of its partners. My first was broadcast on television and cracked – totally destroyed – but because I got it directly from Amazon can ship me another, immediately and without complications. These televisions are fragile and May have problems in the transport of goods – be smart and order it directly from Amazon.

2) There is a TV with a nice large image, but especially at night. Plasmas do not do well in daylight. When the darkness and I watch a movie is wonderful. Do not buy a plasma quarter.

3) It is a model of value – which means a lot to gain from their investment, but there is not much for fancy bells and whistles. It is good – especially if there is an update to its first high-definition television.

4) the HD channels look amazing – the strings are not very good. Because this TV is so strong that all the imperfections you see something that is not HD. I really can not see the newspapers, even the non-HD channels, as it seems terrible.
