Contact the Manufacturer. The front of an LCD TV is just a protective cover for the screen behind. Should be able to replace it for a minimal charge.
Other responders are correct though. Junior is overdue for a 'life lesson'; if you know what I mean.

Basic cleaning instructions for a large LCD screen:

Do not use any chemical products on an LCD screen. To clean it effectively and safely:

1. Get a bottle of distilled water (grocery store).
2. Get a clean spray bottle.
3. Get some lint-free microfiber cloth (electronics store or on-line—use Google)
4. Fill the spray bottle with distilled water and gently spray the screen. Spray very lightly so that water does not trickle downward.
5. Gently wipe the display in a circular motion with the cloth, one direction only (i.e., clockwise or counterclockwise).

If the set is still functioning normally except for the marred screen, that will work for you. If the juice has gotten into the electronics and caused the set to fail, you have a different set of problems.
