What is the best Blu Ray player to buy?

I have a Samsung 52 inch LCD TV and looking to buy a new Blu Ray player.
What are some of the best ones?
I have a Sony PS3, but it won’t let me start the Blu Ray disk at the place I left off after I turn the machine off, so I’m getting a real Blu Ray player that can do that.

Well my Sony BDP-S550 does on most disks, but its the disk itself
that determines if it will or not.
Does about 75% of my disk collection.
