Best progressive scan DVD player with HDMI output for the money?
Ok, so I want to know the most cost effective DVD player I can get. The requirements are that it must be progressive scan, have an HDMI output (maybe composite if its too expensive), and if it can, upgrade my cable signal to a better viewing (ie 480p or 720p). I want to spend the least amount of money possible, but don’t know what brand/model to go with or where to get it, so could someone please tell me which one to go with (model number) and where to get it? Thank you.
Oppo, they rule. I guess they are new, but for the money, they have the best picture sound and the most features
they go not 1080i but 1080p, that is crazy for the price that you get them for, I am still trying to figure out how a machine that is like 200+ is equal to a 1000 Denon

crazy cool stuff, if this is too much money, any norally DVD will do, check Woot.com every day, some times they go up there for like $70 with everthing in the world, but worlds away form what you get with a Oppo
